Cancellation Policy

Ride Pass terms and conditions:

Ride Pass cancellations:

Reserved bikes may be cancelled without penalty by 5pm the day before the scheduled ride at www.cycloneindoorcycling.com under my Account. Each ride not cancelled by 5pm with result in forfeiture of one ride from the pass plus $ 25 not show fee. 

Wait list: 

Rides are offered to the wait-list on a first come, first served basis through email. 

Expiration: 

Ride passes expire 1year from date of purchase. Rides are non-transferrable and non-refundable no exceptions.

Unlimited pass cancellation: 

Unlimited members may cancel without penalty by 5pm the day before the schedule ride at www.cycloneindoorcycling.com under my Account. Each ride or class not cancelled by the 5pm deadline will result in a $25 fee charged directly to member credit card.

Membership cancellation:

Memberships can be can cancelled after the initial 3 month commitment has expired. Cancellations must be written notice prior to the start of the 4 month. Failure to cancel will result in membership automatically continuing on month to month basis until member cancels in writing. The monthly fees will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.  

All Packages are non-refundable/non-transferable no exceptions will be made.

Cyclone online scheduling is a easy way for you to purchase and reserve your class to ensure your bike is ready for your ride. Space is limited please arrive 5 minutes early to class. Classes may be reserve up to one month in advance. All classes are subject to change due to weather and any other unforeseen circumstance. Please check on line schedule and calendar weekly.
